When properly constructed, existing buildings can be retrofitted with a Protected Membrane Roof (PMR) Blue Roof Assembly to address stormwater needs. That is exactly what the McGill University in Montreal, Quebec did for one of their buildings - Pavillon des sciences de l'education.

The Education Building had deteriorated over time due to frequent water infiltration. We worked with Hydrotech Membrane Corp. to deliver a long-term solution addressing the building’s waterproofing needs.

The project was completed using our PMR Blue Roof Assembly and Garden Roof® Assembly Blue Roof. At the heart of it all is our Monolithic Membrane 6125®, which keeps the structure watertight and makes these solutions possible.
