Porte is a state-of-the-art, multifamily residential development comprised of two towers and a shared podium deck occupying an entire city block. The design of this space focused on creating a sense of community and placemaking. The podium deck features a plethora of outdoor amenity spaces to bring people together including fire pits, a swimming pool, and grilling stations. With well over an acre of green space, Porte also offers tenants direct access to outdoor space that was perfectly suited for Hydrotech’s Garden Roof Assembly and kept watertight by Monolithic Membrane 6125.
