Hunter’s Point South Parcel A & B in Long Island City, NY is one of those projects that reminds us of the vast potential for how roof space can be utilized. From the clean lines of the hardscape, to the flourishing landscape, bountiful vegetable gardens and even a beehive. No square foot of this space was underutilized and gives us confidence that designers strive to push the envelope on what can be accomplished above the ground floor.

Hydrotech’s Monolithic Membrane 6125® keeps the entire deck watertight and allows the Ultimate Assembly (both Concrete Pavers and Ipe Tiles) and Garden Roof components to shine.
