Deaconess Hospital was constructed in response to a high demand for orthopedic and neurosurgery. The six-story tower provides a complete range of services, including interventional, medical, and surgical as well as diagnostic imaging, therapy, research and education.

This state-of-the-art facility is home to a 10,500 square foot Hydrotech Garden Roof® and Ultimate® Assembly, which is kept watertight by Monolithic Membrane 6125®. Visitors are encouraged to utilize the hospital’s spacious amenity deck, which is open year-round. The amenity deck seamlessly transitions from green roof to usable space, and the rooftop vegetation features Hydrotech’s InstaGreen® Tile.
