The Cordell Hull State Office Building is one of the most historic structures in Nashville, TN. The building features a 25,622 square foot Hydrotech Garden Roof® and Ultimate® Assembly, which is kept watertight by Monolithic Membrane 6125®. A collective effort from the design and construction team helped transform this area into usable green space, most of which sits atop the property’s parking garage.
