As part of the City Center DC development, the new Conrad Hotel is an urban oasis for visitors. The beautiful design by HKS, Inc. and GGN (Gustafson Guthrie Nichol), invites guests outdoors with a terrace on the 3rd floor and an event space and bar on the main roof.

The amenity spaces were completed with the Ultimate and Intensive Garden Roof® Assemblies to help bring the outdoor areas to life.
