The Plaza Bridge at the OCPC Broadcom Inc. campus in Irivine, CA was an integral part of the overall site design. At over 400 feet wide and spanning Marine Way, the deck supports a park with pedestrian paths which connects the two halves of the campus.
We're proud to have played a part in this project's success, and grateful to design team members Gensler and Spurlock Landscape Architects for including our MM6125® waterproofing, LiteTop® Intensive Media and Garden Roof® drainage components to keep the bridge deck watertight and help the landscape thrive.
