The design and construction team at 816 Congress in downtown Austin, TX transformed existing, inaccessible roof space into green roof amenity space for the building tenants. The unsightly rooftop space was converted to usable space for tenants and offers an impressive event space with incredible views of the Texas State Capitol. To accommodate the extra load of the new amenity space, an elevated steel deck was installed.
