American Hydrotech Hires Rob Erklin and Rick Kile as Garden Roof Technical Sales Coordinators

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS (July 24, 2013) American Hydrotech, Inc., a recognized leader in the development and distribution of premium waterproofing and roofing products, today announced the addition of two new Garden Roof Technical Sales Coordinators to the company’s Garden Roof Department – Robert Erklin for the Eastern Region and Rick Kile for the Western Region.

"We are proud to have these two industry veterans join the American Hydrotech Garden Roof Department team,” said Richard Hayden, Garden Roof Department Manager at American Hydrotech, Inc.  “Their vast experience and technical backgrounds will not only enhance our offering, but also deepen our commitment to delivering the latest innovative concepts and outstanding customer service to our customers, from project concept to completion.

With more than 20 years of experience, Rob Erklin served in various sales and project management roles at landscape construction and architectural consulting companies that specialize in the exterior renovations of commercial buildings and properties.  Erklin is an accredited LEED Green Associate and currently pursuing LEED BD+C AP accreditation.

Rick Kile brings nearly ten years of experience from architecture and urban design consulting firms across the United States to American Hydrotech.  Rick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.  He is a Member of the American Society of Landscape Architects and is an accredited LEED Green Associate and currently pursuing LEED BD+C AP accreditation.

In their respective roles, Rick and Rob will be assisting the Hydrotech regional and district managers, sales representatives and contractors by providing a wide array of technical sales support services during all facets of Garden Roof planning, design and installation.  Both join the Chicago-based Garden Roof Department at American Hydrotech.
